This project was all about creating a cohesive design system to raise awareness about climate change and its devastating effects on our National Parks. I developed a vibrant yet urgent aesthetic that balances the beauty of nature with the gravity of its destruction. The system included a poster series, a wayside exhibit, and a mobile screen application, each tailored to a different audience and context within the National Parks.
One of my favorite parts of this project was experimenting with bold, dynamic typography and striking color gradients that conveyed the urgency of climate change while maintaining an approachable and engaging look. Each deliverable was designed with precision—from scalable typography to clean compositional grids—to ensure clarity and visual impact. This was a meaningful and challenging project where I could merge storytelling with design to inspire action and awareness. See my process book to learn more about my design process.
